1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and lukbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online gaming website accessible at https://lukbd.vip. These Terms apply to all services provided by lukbd, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting markets, slot games, specialty games, payment processing, bonus programmes, and customer support services.

By accessing lukbd, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

lukbd reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the lukbd platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and remain satisfied throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. lukbd operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to the platform by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes, and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are of sound mental capacity and are not under the influence of substances that may impair your judgment or decision-making ability at the time of play.
• You have not been excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion order, court order, or similar restriction in any jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of lukbd or any of its partner game providers.
• You have not previously had a lukbd account closed for rule violations, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse.

Age Verification

lukbd reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by our KYC team will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in that account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited without exception.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the lukbd platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment method details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and a preferred payment method. You must not use a false identity, pseudonym, or another person's details when registering. lukbd is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. lukbd will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, lukbd operates a Know Your Customer programme. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but may not withdraw funds until verification is approved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

lukbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. lukbd does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments via payment methods not listed in your account's cashier section.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad.
• Deposits are credited to your lukbd wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider's processing time.
• lukbd does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges as per their published fee schedules.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and full refund to the originating account.
• lukbd reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal if the deposit source cannot be verified.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on withdrawals from standard accounts; VIP accounts may have elevated limits as specified in their VIP tier agreement.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed in under 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including public holidays such as Eid and Victory Day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank are processed within 1–3 business days.
• lukbd does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside lukbd's control and are borne by the player.
• Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of any associated bonus funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

lukbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. Bonus Abuse

lukbd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-edge games to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, using Martingale or other progressive betting systems to artificially meet wagering thresholds, and coordinated play among multiple accounts. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses voided, and may face permanent account closure.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on lukbd — including live casino tables, slot titles, specialty games (Fisher Game, Piggy Gold), and virtual sports — are supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes in real-time studio environments. lukbd does not modify, interfere with, or influence game outcomes in any way.

Sports Betting Rules

All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. Key principles include:

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market's void rules as specified in the Sportsbook rules section.
• lukbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical malfunction or human error, regardless of whether the event has taken place.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day apply. These limits are published in the Sportsbook terms and are subject to change without prior notice at lukbd's discretion.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event has already concluded — due to data feed delays or technical issues — will be voided.

Malfunction Voids All Play

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or game error of any kind — whether in a casino game, slot title, live table, or sports betting market — lukbd reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. No claim will be entertained for winnings arising from malfunctions, display errors, or system faults. This policy applies equally to all game types and all player account tiers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lukbd platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Money Laundering: Using the lukbd platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity. All transactions on lukbd are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, live casino tables, or poker formats. This includes sharing hole cards, chip dumping, and any form of coordinated team play.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to play games, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the lukbd platform, its software, servers, databases, or game code.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your lukbd account and wagered. Disputed transactions will be investigated and accounts will be suspended pending resolution.
• Underage Access: Knowingly assisting or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing account credentials with minors.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Players may close their lukbd account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] or via the live chat support channel. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed, and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be voided. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account as part of a self-exclusion programme may request a temporary closure of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closures are irrevocable for the full duration of the exclusion period. During a self-exclusion, the account cannot be reopened regardless of any request by the player to do so. Closure by lukbd

lukbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Evidence of multiple account creation by the same individual.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administrative fees, is governed by our Dormant Account Policy, available from our support team on request.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by lukbd due to confirmed fraud, rule breach, or bonus abuse, all funds in the account — including original deposits — may be forfeited at lukbd's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player fault, all verified remaining balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
